I am a licensed CPA in the states of Florida and Texas with over 20 years of broad tax and accounting experience with compliance and consulting: federal, state, payroll, sales and use, and excise taxes, as well as not-for-profit and casualty and life insurance; ASC 740: Accounting for Income Taxes, transaction advisory; and dealing with the IRS.
