Accounting for Income Taxes ASC 740
Accounting for income taxes under Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP) calculates how companies recognize, measure, and disclose income taxes in their financial statements. Corporations that require an audit for bank financing or other purposes must report these calculations in their financial statements under specific rules issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). I specialize in the preparation and audit of these calculations.

Conclusions can include settled and unsettled questions on the issue, common errors and traps, and include referencing to the source material for support. Research questions can also be translated to training slides and videos to train the appropriate staff how to address a particular issue.
